The score on the target are 6,7,8,9,10 and X the X is a 10 and only used as a tie breaker. Three to five contestants take turns throwing 1 dart per round for 10 rounds, 5 each from 15 meters and 20 meters. The basic idea behind using an atlatl (spear thrower) is to push a dart (spear) at the target. The dart has an indentation in the end that the atlatl spur fits into and with a little back pressure holds the dart in place. |
