Age 27, has been writing songs and composing music since he first touched an instrument at age 15. He has his B.A. degree in music composition from St. Mary's College of Maryland and continues to write obsessively. But the signs of experience aren't the first things you notice about Brian. He seems to have a direct tap to an explosive, passionate world tempered by a rational, extremely literate and tasteful sense of communication. Add "The stage presence and vocal chops to be a major star," and the results are not to be missed.

 

 

 

 

 

Katie is pleased to announce her 2003 semi-finalist recognition for "Slow Sliding Funk" in the Mountain Stage New Song Contest in WV. She is currently working on her first solo recording due out early 2004. In May 2003, Katie graduated from Towson University with a BA in Public Relations. Highlighting her college career was coordinating and presenting a coffeehouse music series with artists such as Ellis Paul, Vance Gilbert, Christopher Williams and Lori McKenna. When it comes to making music, Katie's ensemble experience and natural ear for music have guided her toward becoming an extraordinary singer, prolific songwriter, and solid multi-instrumentalist. In her ardent draw toward music, she is constantly exploring the creative nature and wielding force of sound.

 

 

 

 

Pat Klink, age 23, is a seasoned veteran performer, having traveled to seven countries with orchestras and choirs, and worked at home with rock, jazz, and blues bands, as a soloist, and now with WA9. He performs with masterful fluency as an arranger, singer, percussionist, and guitarist, and is always tackling new instruments and roles. After giving a solo classical voice recital that drew rave reviews, Pat finished his degree in voice performance from Towson University this spring.
