Payment Terms
STEP 1: Upon receiving your deposit you will receive a condo rental agreement to be signed and returned with your final payment.
STEP : Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival. When your check has cleared we will send you: A confirmation letter, our business card, 2 keys and your parking pass. We ask that you return the keys in the return, pre-addressed/stamped envelope included when you arrive back home. Upon receipt of the keys we will return your key deposit
