Task
You are a U.S. senator during the 1960s.  Congress has asked you to present
information on whether to promote or refute the
need for a space program as necessary to “win” the cold war."

You can either:
-make a speech to congress
-create a poster for a poster campaign

Your task is to pick a side and be that senator.  You must either outline
a speech or create a poster campaigning for your 'side.'
