I'm a Civil War and Revolutionary War reenactor. I enjoy hearing from others interested in genealogy and reenacting. If you'd like information on how to become a reenactor feel free to contact me, I'd be glad to help!
was very involved in both the American Civil War and in the American War for Independence, also known as the American Revolutionary War. They fought in most of the major Civil War battles (...and some of them died in the battles of Fredericksburg and Gettysburg). They also served in the Revolutionary War, fighting with General George Washington and serving in the Sullivan & Clinton Campaign of 1779.
Please take a moment to check out my links listed below. I have several pages devoted to my "GORE" family ancestors involvement in the Civil War. I also have information on the Wyoming Massacre and the Gore men who fought and died in that battle.
